         Costituiscono oggetto del presente avviso le seguenti attività:

         • affissione di manifesti, avvisi e fotografie di qualunque materia costituiti, compresi i manifesti funebri, nell’intero territorio comunale, commissionati dal Servizio Sportello attivita’ produttive – Ufficio Affissioni su spazi allo scopo destinati;

         • ripristino di affissioni già esposte e deteriorate;

         • defissione e/o copertura di manifesti esposti abusivamente e/o fuori degli spazi appositi;

         • pulizia degli spazi evitando il formarsi di crostoni di manifesti;

         • manutenzione ordinaria impianti con particolare riferimento alla rimozione di eventuale vegetazione che ne riduca la visibilità;

         Le defissioni sono da considerarsi come fogli commissionati dalla Amministrazione e pertanto calcolati come i manifesti affissi.

         Si precisa che, in conformità alle disposizioni di legge e regolamentari vigenti, il servizio delle pubbliche affissioni costituisce servizio di esclusiva competenza comunale e che, pertanto, il Comune di Reggio Emilia è il soggetto titolare del servizio al quale spetta:

         - ricevere le commissioni e riscuotere i relativi diritti di affissione comprese le urgenze nonché la gestione dei diritti sulle pubbliche affissioni;

         - mantenere in esclusiva ogni rapporto con i terzi committenti;

         - controllare che il servizio affidato sia svolto regolarmente e in conformità al presente capitolato;

         - gestire in maniera diretta tutte le attività connesse alla riscossione – anche coattiva – dei diritti sulle pubbliche affissioni.
