        L"appalto ha per oggetto la selezione della ditta che fornirà il servizio di mensa scolastica che, ai fini della presente gara, comprende la preparazione e la distribuzione del pasto di mezzogiorno, compresa la sua conservazione nelle corrette condizioni di igiene e sicurezza alimentare fino al consumo da parte degli utenti della Scuola Italiana di Barcellona, la preparazione dei tavoli, dei piatti, dei bicchieri, delle posate, dei tovaglioli, delle bevande e di tutto quanto necessario per la consumazione del menù, nonché la rimozione e la pulizia degli stessi al termine del pasto, la pulizia dei tavoli e dei locali della sala da pranzo, nonché l"assistenza agli studenti sia durante la pausa pranzo che immediatamente prima e dopo di essa.

        Criterio di aggiudicazione: Offerte con il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo. Criterio di selezione, offerta tecnica e prezzo.
