Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Se produjo un gran aumento en el volumen de llamadas recibidas en el servicio de atención telefónica, consecuencia de un cambio sustancial en la convocatoria general de becas correspondiente al curso 2022/2023. El incremento de llamadas se ha consolidado para el curso 23/24, circunstancia que no se había previsto cuando se formalizó la segunda prórroga de este contrato.
