         Sutarties įvykdymas turi būti užtikrinamas Lietuvos Respublikoje ar užsienyje registruoto banko ar kredito unijos garantija arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštu. Tiekėjas, kurio pasiūlymas bus pripažintas laimėjusiu, per 10 (dešimt) darbo dienų nuo Sutarties pasirašymo dienos privalo perkančiajai organizacijai pateikti banko (kredito unijos/draudimo bendrovės) besąlygišką ir neatšaukiamą sutarties sąlygų įvykdymo garantiją (laidavimą) tokiomis sąlygomis:

         1. garantijos (laidavimo) suma: t. y. 3 (trys) procentai nuo bendros sutarties kainos;

         2. garantijos (laidavimo) galiojimo terminas: Sutarties galiojimo laikotarpis (įskaitant apmokėjimo laikotarpį) iki visiško sutartinių įsipareigojimų įvykdymo;
