El subdirector d’Infraestructures i Serveis Generals delServei de Salut ha emès informe proposta de necessitat de modificar el contracteper causes sobrevingudes en fase d’execució de les obres, de confomitat ambl’informe emès per la Direcció facultativa de les obres.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

1. Aparición de restos oseos en el entorno de la plaza de cafetería, seguimiento arqueológico de los mismos y trabajos de aproyo para su realización.2. Tala de árboles de gran porte en riesgo de desplome frente a la calle Jesús en acceso 7. 3. Ejecución de cuarto de instalaciones enterrado bajo la urbanización, con acceso desde patio inglés del área deinformática, de la Consejería de Sanitat, para alojar en el futuro equipos de climatización, incluso chimenea y muros banco de plaza de cafetería. 4. Instalaciones existentes en condiciones deficientes o sensiblemente distintas a las previstas en proyecto. 5. Sistema wi-fi y sistema de CCTV de la parcela.6. Desplazamiento acometidas fibra Bons Aires. 7. Colectores de fecales y pluviales. 8. Reparaciones por cuestiones de seguridad para personas de la cornisa/cubierta del pabellón 9.
