En la actualidad se ha incrementado el consumo del material suministrado por este proveedor debido a la dificultad de realizar un cálculo exacto de la cantidad de material
necesario. Dado que los suministros realizados hasta la fecha de este informe ya están llegando o han llegado al importe de las cantidades previstas, sin que el plazo de ejecución
del contrato haya finalizado, es necesario proceder a su ampliación, en virtud de los artículos 191, 203, 204 y 205 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, por la que se aprueba la
Ley de Contratos del Sector Público.
