Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Necesidad de incorporar al contrato de limpieza las plantas 2ª, 3ª y 4ª del edificio de la Antigua Escuela de Magisterio, que han sido reformadas, y un laboratorio en el Centro Tecnológico de Servicios Avanzados ( CTSA-2) ubicado en el Parque Tecnológico Geolit de Mengíbar incorporado a la Universidad de Jaén mediante arrendamiento.
