         Conforme al artículo 87 de la LCSP, a fin de acreditar la solvencia económica y financiera, la persona licitadora deberá presentar: Declaración sobre el volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito correspondiente al presente contrato, por un importe de, al menos, una vez y media el valor anual medio del contrato, referido al año de mayor volumen de negocios de los tres últimos concluidos. El volumen anual de negocios de la persona licitadora o candidata se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro

         Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

         Relación de los principales servicios, de igual o similar naturaleza a los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, efectuados en los tres últimos ejercicios, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Los servicios efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados de buena ejecución expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público, y cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o a falta de dicho certificado, mediante una

         declaración del empresario acompañada de los documentos que acrediten la realización de la prestación. Los citados certificados no podrán ser en número inferior a tres, y deberán especificar un objeto análogo a este contrato. Se exige que el importe anual acumulado sin incluir impuestos en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior al 70% del valor anual medio del contrato, en servicios de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato. Para determinar que un servicio es de igual o similar naturaleza al que constituye el objeto del contrato se atenderá a los cuatro primeros dígitos de los respectivos códigos CPV.
