Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Por la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el 09/11/2022, se ha aprobado la modificación nº 1 del Contrato. La citada modificación se ha formalizado mediante contrato de fecha 24/11/2022. El modificado consiste en la ampliación de un segundo autobús de 55 plazas para el Lote nº 2- Ruta Escolar CEIP José Jalón, por el siguiente importe: Número de días de ejecución del contrato al año: 185; Precio/día servicio sin IVA: 75,98 €; precio/día servicio con IVA: 83,58 €; Precio anual sin IVA: 14.056,30 €; Precio anual con IVA: 15.462,30 €. El plazo de duración del contrato no sufre variación alguna, con respecto al plazo establecido en el Contrato Administrativo, suscrito con fecha de 17/08/2022.
