Quotations are hereby invited for appointment of a service provider to produce and deliver 50 cold cast bronze resin badged to mark the declaration status of nationally declared heritage sites. Scope: The following is required from the potential service provider: • To create the required silicon rubber mould and produce 50 badges as per the technical specifications, and as would be guided by the Client; • The badges must be manufactured using cold-cast bronze resin and finished with a UV-resistant glaze to ensure durability when installed on surfaces exposed to sunlight and environmental elements; • Required adhesives must be supplied together with installation instructions for installation that will withstand time and weather elements. The quotation should include the following: • Development of the required silicon rubber mould; • Development and delivery of the example badge for Client approval; • Production of 50 badges as per the technical specifications; • Delivery of 25 badges to Client"s offices in Cape Town; • Delivery of 25 badges to Client"s offices in Pretoria.
