Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for provision of overhead line maintenance: Nseleni as per specifications. Scope: The scope of work: 1. Replace all broken pin insulator; 2. Remove all PG clamp on the line and join it with none tension joint; 3. All rusted lugs on the isolators must be replace and hot connections repairs; 4. The fuse carrier on the 11kv side of the transformer must be replace if necessary; 5. Replace all jumpers on the transformers that rusted or showing sign of fatigue; 6. All mosedof on the LV side of the transformer must be replace; 7. The earthing of the transformer must be checked and the earthing resistance recorded; 8. Blown up surge arrester must be replace both LV and HT side of the transformer; 9. Line sagging must be corrected where necessary; 10. Loose connections on the LV side of the transformer must be corrected; 11. Replace 13m pole and the quantity is 20 poles trench must 2.2m deep; 12. Tension all stay wires where it is not possible strat pole must be planted to support the line; 13. All work that has been carried out must recorded photo before replacement and after; 14.
