Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a reputable and experienced service provider to develop staff members with innovation skills to embed innovative thinking & creative problem-solving in the organisational culture. Scope of work: • Focus on execution/implementation which would come through from every idea generation through the Ideation Committee; • Do an analysis of the status of implementation pertaining to ideation and • intrapreneurship; • Provide a report and compile a 2-day boot camp for all staff; • Bootcamp should give light to the positive ideas that have been implemented as well as areas of improvement; • Service provider to conduct a personality assessment on all CHIETA staff members focusing on their personalities, thinking and creativity styles. This should be done before the bootcamp in January 2026; • Provide tools to enable staff to decode the way individuals in the team think and work, to build their understanding of what it takes to work effectively in a team and to help them with a new set of tools and thinking methodology to help them innovate, creatively problem solve, respond to organisational challenges, and co- create an innovative future; • Service provider to provide stationery and any other learning material for the bootcamp (for 122 employees).
