Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the provision of a venue to conduct a three (3) Day Committee Workshop from 03 November 2025 to 05 November 2025, inclusive of the provision of accommodation at the venue for two (2) nights, from 03 November 2025 to 05 November 2025. Scope of work: On-site conference room requirements: A conference room large enough to accommodate 15 individuals. The conference room must have the following specifications: • Set up in a U-shape seating arrangement; • One table at the front for the facilitator and one table on one side of the room; • Free Internet connectivity (WI-FI); • Projector; • Two flip charts with marker pens; • Note pads, pens, mints; • Bottled water x 2 per pax. Conference meals for 15 individuals (03 November 2025 to 05 November 2025): • Time: 08:00 am Tea, coffee, juice, arrival treats; • Time: 10:30 am Tea, coffee, juice, biscuits/sweet treats, mid-morning savoury refreshments (savoury and meat platters); • Time: 13:00 pm Buffet lunch with assorted soft drinks (440ml) x 1 per pax; • Time: 15:00 pm Tea, coffee, juice and sweet treats. On-site accommodation for 10 individuals from 03 November 2025 to 05 November 2025: On-site accommodation as follows: • 10 on-site single rooms (non-sharing), that include an en-suite bathroom; • Inclusive of breakfast and dinner; • Check-in on 03 November 2025 and check-out on 05 November 2025.
