22-10-2025 Procurement of Solar Energy 7.084 MWp from Rooftop Solar System in Rangpur Palli Bidyut Samity-2 Area (Rangpur Sadar, Taraganj, Badarganj, Gangachara, Kaunia Upazila of Rangpur District and Saidpur Upazila of Nilphamari District) on BOO (Build, Own, Operate) basis following OPEX Model. .

22-10-2025 Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to develop a digital toolkit for preventing and responding to gender-based violence and harassment in the workplace. The primary objective is to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive, user-centric digital toolkit that is embedded in organizational practice and adaptable to diverse operational systems. The toolkit will support efficient workflows that go beyond compliance-enabling companies to monitor progress, continuously improve, and strengthen mechanisms that integrate GBVH prevention across all operations and workplace culture. It will facilitate alignment with national and international GBVH standards, foster a culture of respect and accountability, and provide practical resources for prevention, response, and survivor support. This work will serve as a sustainable and, complementary element of the overarching Private Sector Coalition"s capacity-building programme. Scope of work: 1. Automation of the PSC Maturity Model: • Maturity model already developed and to be refined. 2. Inception and Co-Design: • Develop a toolkit architecture and wireframe. 3. Content Development and Adaptation: • Develop communication assets, including toolkit visuals, awareness posters and e-learning modules; • Develop an initial prototype (offline version) for stakeholder review and validation; • Facilitate a formal validation workshop with representatives from the private sector and civil society to secure feedback. 4. Digital Platform Development: • Construct the digital platform (web-based or SharePoint/portal/mobile application) in accordance with the approved wireframe; • Integrate all interactive features, including the Policy Builder, Risk Assessment tool, Reporting & Case Management workflows, Survivor Support Hub, and the Measurement & Reporting Dashboard; • Perform comprehensive user-testing with a representative sample of end-users; • Refine the beta platform based on feedback gathered during user-testing. 5. Finalisation and Launch: • Finalise and refine the toolkit based on all testing outcomes and stakeholder feedback; • Upload all final content, guides, and resources; • Conduct a capacity-building workshop to train employers and HR managers on the effective use of the toolkit; • Develop and finalize all launch communications and associated materials (including social media, press release and partner messaging); • Provide support for the official launch of the toolkit, which will be strategically aligned with the 16 Days of Activism campaign in November 2025. .

LCD Screens and LED Projectors: - 65-inch TV screens x 2 with stands trussing with base and cover socks, - 65-inch comfort monitor, - 6m wide x 3m high, panels for LED - P2.9mm, - All feeding cables with splitters. The contract extends over four (4) years and incorporates four (4) AGMs in different provinces in South Africa. The exact provinces will only be determined closer to the time. .

Scope of work: On-site conference room requirements: A conference room large enough to accommodate 15 individuals.
