Predmet aneksa je podaljšanje obdobja, za katero je sklenjena osnovna pogodba.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Sprememba pogodbe (podaljšanje obdobja, za katero je sklenjena pogodba) je dopustna na podlagi 3. točke prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3, in sicer je sprememba potrebna zaradi okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti (projektant še ni izdelal PZI projektne dokumentacije, ki je predmet revizijskega pregleda po pogodbi, saj je bilo projektantu podano soglasje za podaljšanje pogodbenega roka za predajo popolne PZI projektne dokumentacije). Sprememba ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila, saj predmet pogodbe (Izvedba revizije gradbenih načrtov PZI dokumentacije za zahtevnejše viadukte, predore in pokrite vkope na novi prometni povezavi med priključkom Velenje jug do priključka Slovenj Gradec jug) ostaja nespremenjen.
