Con carácter general, el servicio objeto del presente contrato deberá desarrollarse en el marco de las políticas, normas, estándares, metodologías, herramientas, etc. definidas por la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio en su Plan de Proyectos, en cuanto a metodología de desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos, arquitectura tecnológica, seguridad, etc.

Para la prestación del servicio objeto del presente contrato, las empresas licitantes deberán ofrecer una solución integral que garantice las actividades de:

- Coordinación General de todas las áreas

- Administración y explotación de entornos
