Predmet aneksa so naslednja dodatna dela:

- načrt protihrupne ograje,

- načrt prestavitve EE vodov in TK vodov,

- načrt prestavitve meteorološke postaje,

- elaborat križanja daljnovoda,

- detajlni pregled viadukta Slatina L (VA0093).

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Izvajalec mora opraviti dodatna dela, ki v prvotni projektni nalogi niso bila zajeta, po sklenitvi pogodbe pa so se pokazale okoliščine, ki so narekovale izvedbo dodatnih del. Dodatna dela se odda v izvedbo prvotnemu izvajalcu, saj je ta podrobno seznanjen z vsebino naloge in razpolaga s potrebnimi podatki. Dodatna dela je namreč treba izvesti ob upoštevanju vseh parametrov in predpostavk, ki so bile uporabljene pri izdelavi projektne dokumentacije po osnovni pogodbi in ob upoštevanju vseh dejstev, ki vplivajo na potek nadaljnjih aktivnosti. V primeru zamenjave izvajalca bi moral naročnik začeti nov postopek oddaje javnega naročila. Rok izvedbe naročila bi se še podaljšal za čas pridobivanja novega izvajalca. Dodatni stroški in zamude bi nastali zaradi uvedbe novega izvajalca v delo. Zaradi izvedbe dodatnih del je treba podaljšati tudi obdobje, za katero je sklenjena pogodba.
