         - In this procedure, the contracting authority will use an external expert, Insurance brokerage company RIZICO OSIGURUVANJE AD Skopje, EMBS 7216572, and a fee of 25% is foreseen for his engagement, defined by the brokerage slip that is attached to the tender documentation, and the same will be borne by of the economic operator.

         - An integral part of the insurance policy is an invoice for the collection of the insurance premium. The total annual insurance premium is paid in 12 equal monthly installments, within 60 days from the day of the currency (mkd) of the installment expressed in the invoice, i.e. in the Annex for payment of installments.

         - The contracting authority will request from the bidder whose bid is selected as the most favorable to provide a guarantee for quality and timely execution of the contract in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of 5 % of the value of the public procurement contract.
