Pogodbeni stranki sta z aneksom nominirali novega podizvajalca. Zaradi sprememb pri dobavi in montaži pohištva (dodatnih dobav in montaž pohištva), ki niso bile predvidene v
predračunu, vendar so se med izvajanjem projekta izkazale kot potrebne za naročnika, se spreminja tudi pogodbena vrednost za dodatna dela in dobavo v višini 14.360,00 EUR brez
DDV.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Ponudnik je zaradi obsega dela nominiral podizvajalca. Zaradi spremenjenih okoliščin v prostorih, kjer se je pohištvo montiralo, je prišlo do povečanja obsega dela, ter
posledično do dodatnih dobav in montaž pohištva.
