Para el cumplimiento del objeto de este contrato se prestará el servicio integral de guarda, reeducación e inserción de menores infractores en centro de internamiento.

         El objeto de este contrato es la gestión de un centro de internamiento -inmueble o instalación privadas- en la provincia de Málaga donde los menores infractores deben cumplir las medidas judiciales privativas de libertad que les sean impuestas por los juzgados de menores en aplicación de la Ley Orgánica 5/2000, de 12 de enero, reguladora de la responsabilidad penal de los menores (en adelante LORPM). Para el cumplimiento del objeto de este contrato se prestará el servicio integral de guarda, reeducación e inserción de menores infractores en centro de internamiento.

         La entidad adjudicataria ha de aportar inmueble en el que se llevará a cabo la ejecución del mismo. Al objeto de garantizar la plena disponibilidad de las instalaciones del centro, la adjudicataria deberá presentar, antes de la formalización del contrato, escrituras públicas de propiedad u otro derecho real, contrato de arrendamiento o cualquier otro título admisible en derecho que permita asegurar el uso y disfrute, así como la disponibilidad del centro, durante todo el período de prestación del servicio.

         Se licita un único lote con las siguientes características en cuanto a plazas y su distribución:

         48 plazas de internamiento de centro de internamiento de personas menores infractoras

         en la provincia de Málaga, con la siguiente distribución:

         ◦ 22 plazas masculinas de internamiento en régimen cerrado, semiabierto, abierto y permanencia

         de fin de semana en centro.

         ◦ 14 plazas femeninas de internamiento en régimen cerrado, semiabierto, abierto y permanencia de

         fin de semana en centro.

         ◦ 12 plazas masculinas de internamiento terapéutico en régimen cerrado, semiabierto, abierto.
