VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Zaradi nepredvidenih okoliščin je na strani naročnika nastala potreba po podaljšanju trajanja pogodbe do vključno 31. 8. 2023 ter zaradi povišanja indeksa cen življenjskih potrebščin in surovin, dviga minimalne plače in posledično stroškov dela ter tržnih cen izdelkov ter storitev, ki so predmet osnovne pogodbe, kar so izrazito spremenjene okoliščine, ki jih z dolžno skrbnostjo ob oddaji ponudbe in sklepanju osnovne pogodbe pogodbeni stranki nista mogli predvidevati, naročnik omogoča dvig pogodbeno dogovorjenih cen za 20 %, novi cenik dobavitelja velja od 1. 5. 2023. Pogodbena vrednost se ne spreminja.
