  Zahtevek za revizijo, ki se nanaša na vsebino objave in/ali razpisno dokumentacijo, se na podlagi drugega odstavka 25. člena Zakona o pravnem varstvu v postopkih javnega naročanja (Uradni list RS, št. 43/11, 60/11-ZTP-D, 63/13, 90/14 - ZDU-1I, 60/17 in 72/19; ZPVPJN), lahko vloži v desetih delovnih dneh od dneva objave obvestila o javnem naročilu. Kadar naročnik spremeni ali dopolni navedbe v objavi ali v razpisni dokumentaciji, se lahko zahtevek za revizijo, ki se nanaša na spremenjeno, dopolnjeno ali pojasnjeno vsebino objave ali razpisne dokumentacije ali z njim neposredno povezano navedbo v prvotni objavi ali razpisni dokumentaciji vloži v desetih delovnih dneh od dneva objave obvestila o dodatnih informacijah, informacijah o nedokončanem postopku ali popravku, če se s tem obvestilom spreminjajo ali dopolnjujejo zahteve ali merila za izbor najugodnejšega ponudnika.
  
  Takso v višini 4.000,00 EUR mora vlagatelj plačati na transakcijski račun SI56 0110 0100 0358 802, odprt pri Banki Slovenije, Slovenska cesta 35, 1505 Ljubljana, Slovenija, SWIFT KODA: BSLJSI2X; IBAN:SI56011001000358802 - taksa za postopek revizije javnega naročanja.
