Um die vertraglich geschuldete Leistung zu erbringen, ist diese zusätzliche Leistungen für den Baufortschritt notwendig. Schwierigkeiten beim Ineinandergreifen verschiedener Leistungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich des Leistungsablaufs.Beträchtliche Zusatzkosten entstehen, weil honorarmindernde Faktoren, wie z. B. Wiederholungsfaktoren bei einer getrennten Vergabe nicht in Ansatz gebracht werden können.
