Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Na seznamu so dela, ki so se naknadno izkazala za nujno potrebna kot posledica rušitvenih del, saj predhodnih sondaž ni bilo mogoče izvesti.

Zaradi tako naknadno ugotovljenega dejanskega stanja na terenu- stanovanjih na posameznih lokacijah, bo potrebno izvesti nekatera dodatna, pozneje naročena dela s strani naročnika, ki so hkrati tudi nujna za ustrezno dokončanje del po pogodbi, njihovo naročanje pri drugem izvajalcu pa bi povzročilo višje stroške izvedbe in posledično podaljšanje roka same izvedbe del.

Na seznamu so dela, ki so se naknadno izkazala za nujno potrebna kot posledica rušitvenih del, saj predhodnih sondaž ni bilo mogoče izvesti.
