        The subject of the contract is the provision of vehicles in order to improve transport facilities for Regional School Administrations and transport of pupils in municipalities which have harmonized their network of schools with Ministry’s criteria.

        In particular it is predicted the purchase of 20 vehicles (5 passengers) and 6 Mini-van for the transport of 1 driver and 8 passengers max.

        Delivery of the vehicles is in the City of Belgrade

      4. Description of the procurement:

        Supply of 20 vehicles (4+1) passengers and 6 Mini-Van (8+1) passengers.

        • All vehicles must be new unused from the standard production programme of the producer, fully assembled and delivered to the end user / Beneficiary

        • All vehicles must be produced and reliable for all climate conditions in the republic of Serbia.

        • All vehicles must be delivered with all necessary documentation for vehicle’s registration in accordance with Serbian Law on road traffic safety, related sub laws and other regulations in field of motor vehicles, which are valid at the time of delivery within the Republic of Serbia. All vehicles must be left hand drive.

        • The supplier must ensure to have at least 3 authorised service agents in the territory of the Republic of Serbia in order to be able to provide maintenance and repairs;

        • The supplier must provide maintenance plan for the period of minimum 2 years after provisional acceptance;

        • The supplier must provide information on procurement availability of spare parts and consumables for during two-year warranty period or the manufacturer’s commercial warranty period (whichever is longer).
