Das Amt der Kärntner Landesregierung, Abteilung 2 - Finanzen, Beteiligungen und FTI, Unterabteilung Landesimmobilienmanagement, beabsichtigt das bestehende Konzerthaus zu sanieren.

In diesem ist die GMPU (Gustav Mahler Privatuniversität für Musik) untergebracht.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Das Amt der Kärntner Landesregierung, Abteilung 2 - Finanzen, Beteiligungen und FTI, Unterabteilung Landesimmobilienmanagement, beabsichtigt das bestehende Konzerthaus zu sanieren.

In diesem ist die GMPU (Gustav Mahler Privatuniversität für Musik) untergebracht.

Im Untergeschoss wird der bestehende Gymnastiksaal zur Kleinkunstbühne umfunktioniert. Für den Auftritt der Künstler wird an der Ostseite ein eigener Eingang geschaffen. Um diese unterste Ebene stufenlos zu erreichen, ist ein Treppenhublift vorgesehen.

Im Erdgeschoss sind 2 eingeschossige außenliegende Fluchtstiegenhäuser geplant, die für die Entfluchtung aus dem Mozartsaal im 1. OG erforderlich sind. Die WC- Anlagen, die dem Restaurant zugeordnet sind werden neu geordnet. Der Bereich der bestehenden westlichen Anlieferung wird neu adaptiert, d.h. es ist eine neue Betonrampe mit einer Portaleinrahmung aus Beton vorgesehen. Der Gebäudeverschluss ist mit einem Sektionaltor bzw. Rolltor geplant.

Der südwestliche Zugang zum Restaurant wird die Treppenanlage erneuert sowie ein Hublift eingebaut, um einen barrierefreien Zugang zu erzielen.

Im 1. Obergeschoss sind 2 Fluchttüren aus dem Mozartsaal, bzw. Rauchersaloon zu den beiden neuen Fluchttreppen geplant.
