        Furnizare consumabile mediocale conform caiet de sarcini. Locul unde este specificata valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru fiecare lot in parte se regaseste in CAIET SARCINI , respectiv valoarea minima din intervalul valorii estimate fara TVA a fiecarui LOT. Cuantumul garantiei de participare este de 1% din valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent, conform HG 395/2016 . Garantia de participare se poate constitui prin Virament bancar in contul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Pitesti deschis la Trezoreria Pitesti, cod IBAN RO 40 TREZ 0465006 XXX 009193. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare in a 12 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
