Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Nr. 02 Anpassung Trogbauwerk im Rampenbereich

Im Zuge der Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung wurde festgestellt, dass die Entwässerung teilweise in der neu herzustellenden Bodenplatte liegt bzw. diese teilweise im Bereich der Rampe durchstößt. In dieser Form ist die Bodenplatte nicht herstellbar und muss umgeplant werden.

Der AN ist mit der Erstellung der AP bereits beauftragt. Durch einen Wechsel des AN gehen Synergieeffekt durch einheitlich Leistungsdurchführung und Leistungsbetreuung verloren. Die Beauftragung eines neuen AN würde den Ablauf des Projekts verzögern-Die Ausführung der Bodenplatte ist für die terminliche Einhaltung des Bauablaufes dringend erforderlich
