    Obiectul prezentei proceduri de achiziţie îl reprezintă achiziţionarea de servicii de mentenanţă preventivă (revizie tehnică) cu-prinse în anexa nr. 2A şi corectivă (reparaţie) cuprinse în anexa nr. 2B - cod CPV 50110000-9, precum şi furnizarea de piese auto cuprinse în anexa nr. 2C în cadrul serviciilor de mentenaţă corectivă pentru un număr estimat de 231 autovehicule, împărţite în loturi, conform anexei 1 si anexei 1A la caietul de sarcini, aflate în proprietatea Inspectoratului Teritorial al Poliţiei de Frontieră Sighetu Marmaţiei, localizate în judeţele Satu Mare (Carei, Berveni, Petea, Satu Mare, Halmeu, Tarna Mare, Ne-greşti Oaş), Maramureş (Sarasău, Sighetu Marmaţiei, Valea Vişeului, Poienile de sub Munte, Vişeu de Sus), Suceava (Izvoarele Sucevei, Brodina, Vicov, Siret, Rădăuţi), serviciile menţionate fiind descrise în anexele - Anexa 2.A, Anexa 2.B şi Anexa 2.C.
    
    La cererea beneficiarului, prestatorul va presta servicii de mentenanţă preventivă şi corectivă la autovehiculele aflate în proprie-tatea Inspectoratului Teritorial al Poliţiei de Frontieră Sighetu Marmaţiei, localizate în judeţele Satu Mare (Carei, Berveni, Petea, Satu Mare, Halmeu, Tarna Mare, Negreşti Oaş), Maramureş (Sarasău, Sighetu Marmaţiei, Valea Vişeului, Poienile de sub Munte, Vişeu de Sus) , Suceava (Izvoarele Sucevei, Brodina, Vicov, Siret, Rădăuţi), astfel:

    Se va iniţia şi derula o procedură de achiziție publică în vederea încheierii unui acord-cadru între ofertantul/ofertanţii declarat(i) âştigător(i) (în calitate de prestator) şi Inspectoratului Teritorial al Poliţiei de Frontieră Sighetu Marmaţiei (în calitate de beneficiar), iar acordul cadru se va derula pe o perioadă de 2 ani de la data semnării sale de către ultima parte. Conform caietului de sarcini, serviciile prestate pot consta, fără a se limita la acestea, în următoarele:
    
    a)Servicii de mentenanţă preventivă:
    
    -revizia tehnică periodică;
    
    -întreţinerea sistemelor, ansamblurilor şi echipamentelor componente;
    
    b)Servicii de mentenanţă corectivă:
    
    -operaţii de întreţinere/reparaţie mecanică şi/sau electrică, cu/fără înlocuiri de componente;
    
    -reparare/înlocuire elemente de caroserie;
    
    -operaţii de tinichigerie;
    
    -operaţii de vopsitorie, acoperiri anticorozive;
    
    -înlocuiri de parbrize, lunete şi geamuri laterale;
    
    Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde consolidat în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare până cel târziu în a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura în care aceste solicitari au fost transmise in termenul mentionat la SECTIUNEA I, respectiv 19 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
    
    ATENTIE!!! Pentru respectarea principiului tratamentului egal, operatorii economici interesati vor respecta prevederile notificarii ANAP nr. 247 cu privire la modalitatea de transmitere a solicitărilor de clarificări și a informațiilor suplimentare la documentațiile de atribuire/ răspunsurile formulate în cazul desfășurării procedurilor de atribuire a contractelor de achiziție publică prin intermediul mijloacelor electronice (on-line), in sensul ca documentele atasate la sectiunea "Intrebari" NU VOR CONTINE DATELE DE IDENTIFICAREA ALE ACESTORA, intrucat acestea vor deveni publice in momentul transmiterii raspunsului de catre autoritatea contractanta!
