                                    Toate certificatele şi documentele emise în altă limbă decât româna vor fi însoțite de traducerea autorizată a acestora în limba română.

                                    DUAE poate fi descărcat în vederea completării şi depunerii direct in SEAP. În acest sens, se va consulta Ghidul de utilizare DUAE elaborat de ANAP disponibil la adresa www.anap.gov.ro.

                                    Solicitările de clarificări ale potențialilor ofertanți se vor adresa în mod exclusiv în SEAP la Secțiunea “Întrebări” din cadrul procedurii de atribuire derulate prin mijloace electronice, iar răspunsurile la acestea vor fi publicate în SEAP, atât la Secțiunea “Clarificări, decizii și documentație adițională”, cât și la Secțiunea „Întrebări” din cadrul anunțului de participare, entitatea contractantă urmând să nu dea curs solicitărilor adresate prin altă modalitate de comunicare decât cea stabilită în conformitate cu prevederile art. 78 alin (1) din Legea nr. 99/2016.

                                    Comisia de evaluare va transmite solicitările de clarificari precum și comunicările aferente fiecărei etape de evaluare privind ofertele depuse, în SEAP la Secțiunea “Întrebări”. Operatorii economici vor transmite răspunsurile la clarificări şi eventualele documente solicitate pe parcursul evaluării ofertelor prin intermediul SEAP (Secțiunea “Întrebări”), integral în secțiunea corespunzătoare respectivei solicitări, sub forma unuia sau a mai multor documente fişiere distincte semnate electronic.

                                    În cazul în care, după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, două oferte prezintă punctaj egal, în vederea departajării acestora, Autoritatea Contractantă alege, oferta cu cel mai mic punctaj obținut la subfactorul de evaluare Componenta financiara. In cazul in care se constata faptul ca si preturile sunt egale, in vederea departajarii ofertelor, entitatea contractanta prin intermediul SEAP, va solicita reofertarea, prin prezentarea unei noi propuneri financiare. Noua propunere financiara va fi depusa doar si numai in urma solicitarii entitatii contractante.

                                    In vederea completarii de catre operatorii economici interesati, Conform art. 205 (1) din Legea nr. 99/2016, entitatea contractanta poate solicita ofertantilor sa depuna toate sau o parte dintre documentele justificative ca dovada a informatiilor cuprinse în DUAE, în orice moment pe durata desfasurarii unei proceduri de atribuire, daca acest lucru este necesar pentru a asigura desfasurarea corespunzatoare a procedurii.
