        Material pitros diferite sortimente conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile estimate minime si maxime, pe fiecare lot in parte, atat pentru intreg acord cadru cat si pentru un contract subsecvent sunt redate in anexa caietului de sarcini.

        Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar si compet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul zilelor pana la care se pot solicita clarificari este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. NOTA: Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit la Sectiunea I.3 din Fisa de date a achizitiei.

                                    15. Daca un operator economic considera ca anumite clauze contractuale îi sunt în defavarabile, poate solicita autoritatii contractante clarificari, inclusiv modificarea lor, astfel încat daca aceste clauze vor fi amendate/modificate ele sa fie aduse la cunostinta tuturor operatorilor economici interesati, înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Amendamentele la clauzele contractuale pot fi prezentate si odata cu depunerea ofertei tehnnice. Dacă oferta conţine propuneri de modificare a clauzelor contractuale pe care le-a stabilit autoritatea contractantă în cadrul documentaţiei de atribuire, care sunt în mod evident dezavantajoase pentru aceasta din urmă, iar ofertantul, deşi a fost informat cu privire la respectiva situaţie, nu acceptă renunţarea la clauzele respective, se vor aplica prevederile art. 137alin. (3) lit. (b) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.

                                    16. Autoritatea contractanta îsi rezervă posibilitate de a modifica contractul, fără organizarea unei noi proceduri de atribuire, în baza art. 221 din Legea 98/2016.

                                    17. In situatia in care mai multe oferte au fost declarate admisibile de catre autoritatea contractanta si sunt clasate pe primul loc, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici de noi documente.
