Situation juridique du soumissionnaire (motifs d"exclusion) :

* Par le seul fait de participer à la procédure de passation du marché, le soumissionnaire atteste qu’il ne se trouve pas dans un des cas d’exclusion visés aux articles 67 à 69 de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics.
