A presente Apostilha tem por objeto fixar o valor da indemnização a ser paga ao Segundo Outorgante decorrente do ressarcimento dos custos indiretos com origem na prorrogação do prazo e consequente maior permanência em obra, destinando-se a mesma ao reequilíbrio financeiro do contrato.
