        4.1. UVJETI SPOSOBNOSTI ZA OBAVLJANJE PROFESIONALNE DJELATNOSTI

        Uvjeti sposobnosti iz ove točke Dokumentacije o nabavi isti je za sve grupe predmeta nabave te se i dokazuje se za sve grupe predmeta nabave.

        4.1.1. Dokaz o upisu gospodarskog subjekta u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Za potrebe utvrđivanja okolnosti iz točke 4.1.1. gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:

        •ispunjeni ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti: Upis u strukovni registar/Upis u obrtni registar za sve gospodarske subjekte u ponudi)

        Naručitelj može, sukladno članku 263. ZJN, prije donošenja odluke u postupku javne nabave male vrijednosti, od ponuditelja koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti da u primjerenom roku, ne kraćem od 5 dana, radi dokazivanja sposobnosti iz ove točke 4.1.1. dostavi ažuriran popratni dokument i to:
