Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Descrição das circunstâncias que tornaram necessária a alteração e explicação da natureza imprevista destas circunstâncias: Os trabalhos são imprescindíveis ao bom funcionamento da infraestrutura, não podendo ser separados do contrato inicial sem graves inconvenientes técnicos e financeiros para a AdNorte, S.A. Resultam essencialmente da adequação dos elementos do estudo preliminar lançado a concurso e, consequentemente da proposta apresentada pelo cocontratante, que sofreu ajustamentos na sequência da apreciação da equipa de EXP dos elementos projetados à atual realidade da ETAR e seu funcionamento que, entretanto, se viu alterado
