Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Aprobar, al amparo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 205. 2c) de la LCSP la modificación no sustancial del Contrato mixto de servicios y obras menores de conservación y reparación para la limpieza y mantenimiento de la red de alcantarillado, drenaje urbano y red de acequias soterradas de la ciudad de Zaragoza motivada por la imposibilidad de llevar a cabo los trabajos de inspección de colectores de más de 1200 mm con los medios que se previeron en origen en el PPT atendiendo a los informes emitidos por los servicios de prevención en materia de seguridad y salud, razón por la cual se incorpora nueva unidad al cuadro de precios
