Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

O equipamento de substituição proposto tem um valor de EUR 10 200,00, o que se traduz numa alteração do valor global s/ IVA do contrato para menos EUR 2158,50 (- 0,88%), modificação de valor que decorre de circunstâncias que uma entidade adjudicante diligente não poderia ter previsto e cujo valor não ultrapassa 50% do preço contratual inicial, para efeitos de aplicação da alínea b) do n.º 3 do artigo 313.º do CCP, que afasta os limites do n.º 2 do mesmo artigo

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Por alteração superveniente e imprevisível das circunstâncias existentes à data da outorga do mesmo, relacionada com o fabricante do equipamento e de onde resultou a impossibilidade do seu fornecimento, situação não imputável ao cocontratante, houve a ponderação pelas partes dos termos do fornecimento, propondo aquele um equipamento de substituição, com características atestadas como idênticas pelo Gestor do Contrato
