Orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare, semnate cu semnatura electronica extinsa, numai prin intermediul SICAP, intr-un termen de cel mult 16 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresata in termenul prevazut anterior, raspunsul consolidat al autoritatii contractante va fi publicat in SICAP cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
