Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa technicznych środków materiałowych do samolotów
C-295M i M28B/PT z awioniką GLASS COCKPIT, do silników turbośmigłowych PRATT
& WHITNEY typu PW-127G i PT6A-65B, do symulatora lotów CAE samolotu C-295M oraz do śmigłowców Mi-8 zwanych dalej „częściami” lub „towarem” z podziałem na 50 zadań, określonych w zał. nr 6 do SWZ – „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa”.

II.2)Quantity or scope of the contract

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa technicznych środków materiałowych do samolotów
C-295M i M28B/PT z awioniką GLASS COCKPIT, do silników turbośmigłowych PRATT
& WHITNEY typu PW-127G i PT6A-65B, do symulatora lotów CAE samolotu C-295M oraz do śmigłowców Mi-8 zwanych dalej „częściami” lub „towarem” z podziałem na 50 zadań, określonych w zał. nr 6 do SWZ – „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa”.
2. Zamawiający przewiduje zamówienie w ramach opcji zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 Ustawy.
3. Skorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z opcji będzie miało zastosowanie w ramach zawartej umowy według cen jednostkowych określonych w umowie. Opcja w niniejszym postępowaniu polega na możliwości zakupu w ramach poszczególnych zadań oprócz ilości podstawowych, także dodatkowych ilości towaru określonych w zał. nr 6 do SWZ – „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa”
w kolumnie „k” „Zamówienie w ramach opcji”.
4. Zamawiający zastrzega, iż część zamówienia określona jako „opcja” jest uprawnieniem, a nie zobowiązaniem Zamawiającego. Ostateczna ilość towaru zakupionego w ramach opcji będzie uzależniona od bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego i posiadanych przez niego na ten cel środków finansowych. Zamawiający może nie skorzystać z opcji, a Wykonawcy nie przysługują z tego tytułu żadne roszczenia wobec Zamawiającego.
5. Zamawiający może z prawa opcji korzystać wielokrotnie, do wyczerpania maksymalnej ilości określonej w zał. nr 6 do SWZ – „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa” w całym okresie obowiązywania umowy.
6. Uruchomienie opcji nastąpi po wyczerpaniu ilości towaru w zamówieniu podstawowym w zakresie poszczególnych asortymentów.
7. Zamawiający o zamiarze skorzystania z praw opcji, jej zakresie i terminach dostarczenia dostaw opcjonalnych powiadomi pisemnie Wykonawcę. Skorzystanie z opcji nie wymaga aneksowania umowy.
8. W przypadku skorzystania przez Zamawiającego z opcji, Wykonawcy będzie się należało dodatkowe wynagrodzenie wg cen jednostkowych jak dla zamówienia podstawowego.
9. Zamówienie w ramach opcji będzie realizowane w okolicznościach przewidzianych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym zał. nr 9 do SWZ – „Projektowane postanowienia umowy”.
10. Towar zakupiony w ramach opcji musi spełniać wszystkie wymogi jak dla zamówienia podstawowego.

II.2.2)Information about options

Options: yes
Description of these options: 1. Zamawiający przewiduje zamówienie w ramach opcji zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 Ustawy.

6. Zamawiający o zamiarze skorzystania z praw opcji, jej zakresie i terminach dostarczenia dostaw opcjonalnych powiadomi pisemnie Wykonawcę. Skorzystanie z opcji nie wymaga aneksowania umowy.
7. W przypadku skorzystania przez Zamawiającego z opcji, Wykonawcy będzie się należało dodatkowe wynagrodzenie wg cen jednostkowych jak dla zamówienia podstawowego.
8. Zamówienie w ramach opcji będzie realizowane w okolicznościach przewidzianych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym zał. nr 9 do SWZ – „Projektowane postanowienia umowy”.
9. Towar zakupiony w ramach opcji musi spełniać wszystkie wymogi jak dla zamówienia podstawowego.
