        Tiekėjai (taip pat visi tiekėjų grupės nariai, jei Pasiūlymą teikia tiekėjų grupė, bei subtiekėjai/subteikėjai/subrangovai, kurių pajėgumais remiamasi) turi atitikti reikalavimus pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimui, nurodytus pirkimo dokumentų 3 skyriuje. Tiekėjas Pasiūlyme turi pateikti tik užpildytą EBVPD, o reikalaujamų dokumentų bus prašoma pateikti tik galimą laimėtoją.

        1. Sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo būdai - delspinigiai ir baudos.

        2. Prekių pristatymo terminas – 5 darbo dienos nuo rašytinio užsakymo pateikimo dienos.

        3. Už laiku pristatytas kokybiškas, Sutartyje nustatytus reikalavimus atitinkančias Prekes, kai apmokytas Pirkėjo personalas, Pirkėjas sumoka Pardavėjui bankiniu pavedimu per 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo pridėtinės vertės mokesčio sąskaitos - faktūros gavimo dienos. Pardavėjas privalo pateikti Pirkėjui elektroninę PVM sąskaitą–faktūrą. Elektroninės sąskaitos faktūros, atitinkančios Europos elektroninių sąskaitų faktūrų standartą, gali būti teikiamos Pardavėjo pasirinktomis priemonėmis, t. y. jos galės būti teikiamos per informacinę sistemą „E. sąskaita“ arba naudojantis kitomis informacinėmis sistemomis, suderintomis su informacine sistema “E.sąskaita”. Šio standarto neatitinkančios elektroninės sąskaitos faktūros teikiamos tik naudojantis informacinės sistemos „E. sąskaita“ priemonėmis.
