      4. Short description:
         

         The new Skram School will be established as a new building on the same site as the current Skram School. The school will be dimensioned for approx. 250 students in addition to being a workplace for approx. 28 employees, with a total gross floor area of approx. 5,000 m2. The building will also have an integrated gym on the ground floor that will fulfil the requirements for playground facilities. The school will be built with a traditional classroom layout with two parallel classrooms.

         There are options that must be priced as part of the offer, cf. the Price Form and Requirements Specification.

         A brief description of the scope of the contractual work

         - Demolition of existing buildings including the school, swimming pool, gymnasium, arts and crafts hall, and other adjacent buildings above and below ground

         - Establish a new school on the same property

         - Establish the landscape and outdoors

         - The turnkey contractor also assumes responsibility for verification, completion and detailing the engineering design basis, and the complete delivery must be included in the tender offer.

         The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract, cf. NS8407:2011.
