2023 - Alkaline filter media, purchase and delivery
Reference number: 2023/20939Trondheim Bydrift will enter into a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of alkaline filter media for its VIVA plant.
The agreement will be valid for 2 years, with the possibility of extension of up to 72 months, but for not more than 3-24 months at each extension.

The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to 72 months. The option gives the contracting authority the unilateral right to extend the contract by from 3 to a maximum of 24 months at a time. The option can be taken up several times for a maximum extension period of 72 months.
Tenderers must be legally established and registered in a company register or trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Tenderers must have the required economic and financial strength in relation to its operations in general, and in relation to the nature of this contract. Tenderers must have an annual minimum turnover in the area the contract concerns that exceeds the estimated value of the contract.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:Documentation Requirement: The company"s Annual Financial Statement for the last 2 financial years, including the board"s annual report, income statement, balance sheet, notes and auditor"s report.
The tenderers must have experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, size/scope and degree of difficulty.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:Documentation Requirement: The tenderer must be able to provide documentation on at least one corresponding and relevant assignment within the last three years.
The contracting authority requires that the tenderer"s wage and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable collective agreements or nationwide collective agreements for the relevant area covered by the contract. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are in the tariff agreement.
