Kulturtanken would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of graphical design services. The need will vary from year to year, but we expect the need for interactive design will increase. Kulturtanken has, amongst other things, a need for assistance with designing brochures and annual reports. In addition the Communication Department needs graphical services for different projects such as conferences and seminars. A complete description of the delivery is given in "Annex 1: A general description of the services included in the framework agreement".

1) Quality, creativity, design (40%)

Weight will be put on the tenderer"s graphical ability to express Kulturtanken"s area of responsibility through a uniform and professional profile. Competence is required within adapting the graphical set up to digital tools such as Adobe Indesign, Powerpoint, Word, PowerBI, and Canva.

2) Assignment organisation, competence, and capacity (30%)

Weight will be put on the tenderer"s and the offered team"s competence, composition, and practical experience with similar assignments.

Good routines are also required for quality assurance and risk management. We will also consider the time frames that tenderers can offer for major and minor assignments, e.g., annual report and job advertisements.
