         Bergen municipality will procure an ICT system that covers the need for management, operation and maintenance of roads and associated road objects. Such a professional system for roads must contribute to streamlining and increasing the quality of the related services in this service area.

         The ICT system will become part of a comprehensive Asset Management system in Bergen municipality through integration and data exchange.

         The contract concerns a professional system for roads delivered as a service over the internet ("as a service" deliveries).

         The professional system shall replace the municipality"s current ICT system.

         Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for Climate, Environment and Urban Development, is the contracting authority for the procurement. The contest is being managed by the Procurement group. When the system is established, the Agency for Climate will be the owner of the contract and system.

         The professional system for roads will be a group system in Bergen municipality and will be able to be used by the agencies and departments that at any given time have work processes that are related to this service area.
