Hearing - administrative case-archive system in NAV
NAV would like input on the attached documents and particularly on:
- Is Annex 1, hereunder purpose and need clear and possible to answer? In particular, have suppliers:
-- enough information to understand the need and requirements for access and access control?
-- feedback on the requirements for integrations, automation, and interaction with interaction systems?
-- input on NAV"s strategy for periodisation and migration for a transition to SaaS?
-- recommendation on which environments are set up in the preparation phase and production?
- Are there requirements the suppliers believe hinder competition?
- Are there areas and/or information suppliers believe is missing in the hearing draft?
- NAV would like brief feedback on Annex 4, particularly the proposed milestones for establishment
- Is Annex 7 sufficient to give a correct price offer?
We request feedback on the hearing by the end of 12 October 2023.
The current contract for an administrative case and archive system for NAV expires in autumn 2024, so we will therefore hold a contest in the market. It is important for NAV to have a dialogue with suppliers in order to achieve good competition. The tender documentation version 0.8 is therefore sent for a hearing.
The goals of the administrative case management and archiving system are:
- the highest possible degree of automated document capture
- efficient and user-friendly processes and good system support for carrying out administrative case management and documentation
- interaction with collaborative systems
- control, support and management related to administrative case-archive
The current system has 7,000 internal users in over 600 administrative units.
Please see the attached documents in version 0.8 for further information. By providing input suppliers are not binding themselves to submit a tender.
