The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) and DOGA hereby invite tenderers to a tender contest for four new projects in Stimulab (For more information about Stimulab, see the attached document "More information about Stimulab"). This is a request for information (RFI) from suppliers about the Stimulab project - "Seriously ill children" (Norwegian Directorate of Health).

We would therefore like to give you, the suppliers, the opportunity to provide written input on:

- At what "level" should your offer be in order to enable collaborative creation of the details – at the start of the project?

- What information do you need in the assignment description when you organise a detailing phase at start-up?

We request your input as soon as possible, but no later than the end of 4 July 2023. The information is to be sent through the communication module in this request.

This is a request for information (RFI) from suppliers about the Stimulab project - "Seriously ill children" (Norwegian Directorate of Health).

During the autumn, individual procurements will be organised for each project. See the Prior information notice: https://permalink.mercell.com/157066807.aspx and the attached progress plan. The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency is making these procurements on behalf of the contracting authorities for the projects.

One Stimulab project - Seriously ill children (see attached presentation of the project "Presentations") - will be part of ongoing, comprehensive development with a high degree of complexity - where there exists a lot of insight, development and experience about the problem area.

In simple terms, we can say that much of the diagnosis has been made.

This differs from what has been most common for Stimulab projects up until now - namely that they have often been at the very start of development.

Based on lessons learnt from one previous experience in particular, we believe that for this assignment it is appropriate to facilitate a mutual agreement between the tenderer and the contracting authority regarding the details of the rigging and the process.

We will be open to joint assessments of the possible approaches that you can envision together, given the expertise and insight that exists both among the tenderers and in the contracting authority"s team.
