      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

         Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Requirement: The service provider must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract

         Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures. Tenderers are not required to submit a credit rating or other documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain annual accounts or similar from tenderers if deemed necessary to assess financial capacity.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Requirement: Good expertise and experience in the operation and management of similar complex car parks of a similar size.

         Documentation requirement: An overview of up to 5 of the tenderer"s most relevant assignments over the last 3 years. The overview must contain information about: The time and place of execution, the value/size of the assignment, the contracting authority and a description of the nature of the assignment.

         Requirement: Tenderers must have a satisfactory quality assurance system.

         Documentation requirement: The tenderer must present a description of the tenderer’s quality assurance measures. Tenderers must attach procedures and check-lists for the services offered in the contract, which show satisfactory quality assurance of the deliveries/services.

         Alternative documentation: Certificate for the company"s quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation demonstrating that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.

         Requirement: Tenderers must have satisfactory environmental management measures.

         Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer"s environmental management measures that demonstrate satisfactory environmental management

         Alternative documentation: A certificate for the company’s environment management system or environment management standards issued by independent bodies, for example, ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse, EMAS.
