      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         1.) Nachweis über den Eintrag in das Berufs- oder

         Handelsregister (zum Zeitpunkt des Einreichungstermins nicht

         älter als 1 Jahr) nach Maßgabe der Rechtsvorschriften des

         Abkommens, in dem das Unternehmen ansässig ist. Bei

         Kleinunternehmen ist eine Gewerbebestätigung ausreichend.

         3.) Auskunft aus dem Bundeszentralregister- Belegart N

         (Führungszeugnis) von der für den Auftrag zuständigen

         Unternehmensleitung (zum Zeitpunkt des Einreichungstermins

         nicht älter als 1 Jahr).

         1.) Erklärung, dass eine Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung für die

         Erbringung der vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen mit

         folgenden Deckungssummen: Haftpflicht-Schadenversicherung

         in Höhe von:

         Personen- u. Sachschäden 2.500.000 €

         Tätigkeitsschäden inkl. Allmählichkeitsschäden 500.000 €

         Schlüsselverlustschäden 100.000 €

         besteht oder im Auftragsfall eine entsprechende Versicherung

         abgeschlossen wird.
