         De Gemeente wenst een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met twee (2) Ondernemers voor de inzet van

         montageploegen voor het plaatsen en verwijderen van tijdelijke parkeerverboden. Daarbij worden gedurende het

         jaar standaard twee (2) montageploegen per Contractant uitgevraagd.

         De Gemeente wenst een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met twee (2) Ondernemers voor de inzet van

         montageploegen voor het plaatsen en verwijderen van tijdelijke parkeerverboden. Daarbij worden gedurende het

         jaar standaard twee (2) montageploegen per Contractant uitgevraagd.

         Indien een extra montageploeg benodigd is, bijvoorbeeld tijdens het festival en evenementen seizoen, dan worden

         deze aanvragen bij beide Contractanten uitgezet middels een Nadere Offerte Aanvraag. De partij die kan leveren

         krijgt de Nadere Opdracht.

         De waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt naar schatting €1.000.000,- per jaar. Dit betekent dat de geraamde

         opdrachtwaarde voor de totale looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst inclusief optiejaren (in totaal 6 jaar) €6.000.000

         bedraagt. Dit betreft een indicatie op basis van managementgegevens over de jaren 2021, 2022 en 2023. Hieraan

         kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden.

      De motivatie voor een Raamovereenkomst van 6 jaar is dat Ondernemers gevraagd wordt de dienstverlening in zero

      emissie serviceauto"s te leveren. Dit vraagt een investering van de Ondernemers. De looptijd van de

      Raamovereenkomst dient dan ook de mogelijkheid te bieden deze investering terug te verdienen.
