         Voor de realisatie (Bouwkundig, Installaties, Vaste inventaris t.b.v. onderwijsdeel alsmede de Terreininrichting tot grens schoolplein) van de nieuwbouw is de gemeente Drimmelen op zoek naar één partij met intentie een koop-/ realisatieovereenkomst mee te sluiten, die, in grote lijn, zorg draagt voor:

         - de nadere uitwerking van het ontwerp vanaf circa VO niveau van het kindcentrum c.a.;

         - ontwikkeling en uitwerking van het woonprogramma op het kindcentrum (appartementen) c.a. o.b.v. visie van de geïnteresseerde ontwikkelaar/bouwer binnen gestelde uitgangspunten en gedachte/voorgestelde contouren;

         - de realisatie van zowel het kindcentrum als het woonprogramma waarna, onder voorwaarden, het woongedeelte binnen uitgangspunten te exploiteren (lang of kort) en het kindcentrum over te dragen aan de gemeente Drimmelen.
